Mr. LaTona has been practicing criminal defense since 1975 and is considered by many to be the local expert on wiretaps. Mr. LaTona primarily concentrates in criminal and administrative law representing individuals and entities in disputes and litigation against federal, state, and local government. Mr. LaTona began his career in Western New York with the acclaimed criminal defense lawyer John Condon. They became partners in the firm of Condon, LaTona & Pieri, P.C. Prior to establishing his own office in 2001, he was a partner with Lipsitz, Green, Fahringer, Roll, Salisbury & Cambria, located in Buffalo, New York.
